SafeBrowser version is not resent Chromium’s version.
Why does avast! use such old Chromium for SafeBrowser?
It is Avast!'s own altered Chromium build, with an emphasis on security. It will likely not be updated on the same line as Chromium. Being it is Avast!'s own brainchild now, it is on them as to how/where they are going to update it.
