Hi, for past few days I get this error when I’m on eBay using SafeZone browser “The following plug-in is unresponsive: Unknown Would you like to stop it?” and when I click on “Yes” I get another message pops up underneath the address bar saying "The following plug-in has crashed: Shockwave Flash.
But I didn’t install any extensions or anything like that. I even checked extensions but there is no extensions “Boo…no extensions installed :-(”.
I’ve uninstalled and installed avast! but still the same problem and this happens only when I’m on the eBay.
I’ve checked the eBay’s site and It’s the right one.
What I don’t understand, how did Shockwave Flash got into the SafeZone? SafeZone meant to be isolated from the rest of the system, right?
Or is it something I shouldn’t worry about?
SORRY THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I POST THIS. Please help!
Yesterday I got my answer from essexboy, he said that the Shockwave Flash is integrated in SafeZone browser with special version so I don’t think I should worry about this.
And from yesterday, the SafeZone browser has been upgraded so and I had no problem since yesterday, so I think the problem is solved.
I’m using avast! Internet Security 8.0.1489 just as you mentioned.
I can’t take the picture because I don’t see that error no more, I guess it has been fixed so thanks for that!
Shockwave Flash is installed in avast! SafeZone browser with special version of its own, that’s what essexboy told me yesterday.
