If so it might be worth trying the pre-release version 5.1.874.

if i install new version over avast internet security 5.0.677

And what about an installation from scratch? Already had a try?

Delete version 5.0.677 and install the last version 5.1.874.

I didn’t had such problem updating via GUI (5.0.677 => 5.1.864)

Well… I actually don’t see what’s causing that BSOD.
Only thing i can say is: Wait for a reply from pk or Vlk (or another avast! team member) and follow the instructions.
