Do you use a router and are all computers that use it affected ?

No, one is at my office and one at my house but I generally have the same 3 web pages open: my.yahoo.com; igoogle.com and facebook.com.

Do you transfer data from one computer to the other ?

If so it may be worth running the requested logs to try and determine where the problem lies

No, I don’t. Log is attached. I don’t see anything on it.

I have the same notice: http://207.224.31.229/-wvhttp-01-/GetOneShot?0.8289629354890947. I suspect it is from one of my iGoogle gadgets, but I can’t be sure which one. It is intermittent, but always the same when it happens.

Visit the following site and click the “Control the Aquarium Cam” button. Or if you don’t trust my link, google “Seaside Aquarium” and go to the home page…

this is def. the source of my error…I have a gadget on my Igoogle home page that scrolls through webcams around the world…one of them is the Seaside Aquarium cam. I have alerted them to the problem, hopefully they will repair.

What does this mean?

Not sure, but it’s definitely Seaside webcam for me. Do you also have a webcam link on one of your pages?

yes, you’re right. It just did it and that was the camera that was up. Thanks for figuring it out. It was driving me crazy. I wonder if there is a solution?

I sent in a support ticket to Avast and also tried to contact Seaside Aquarium, but had to do it through their facebook page…I didn’t find a “contact us” link on their messy website. I wonder if it’s a false positive or an actual malicious site? Good luck!

Please let me know if you learn something.
