I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II with Avast downloaded. From the website I can set off the siren and GPS track the cell phone however when I attempt to call in to the phone the phone’s screen goes black with only a few icons at the top lite up. The phone will not allow any changes to take place as the screen remains black and I voice can be heard asking for a password for receiving the call. Anyone have this issue before…help!
It is not a issue, that is how it is supposed to work.

I do not believe the issues are the same. I can track my phone and send a siren alert…but I can not call in as the phone wants a password however the screen is blacked out and locked. Any other suggestions?
Is your phone rooted?
