avast free just updated and has scam guardian now which is causing problems with games unable to start and if I do get a game started I lose sound. works fine if I turn off avast from the taskbar
Is there a way to uninstall scam guardian?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
As you have posted in the General sub-forum. Is this Avast One Free or Avast Antivirus Free ?
They have different components and the shield names in Avast One are generally known as Guardians.
What program versions do you have, presumably 25.6.xxxx (as I have yet to manually update to this version) ?
