Scan log: Password protected archives (FlashPlayer 11)

Hello everybody.
It seems that Adobe Flashplayer 11 has caused (still causes) a lot of trouble on my computer.
I have run a re-unstaller from Adobe, Flasplayer 11 and plugin has been removed.
Then I run Avast Free which still is unable to get access to several password protected files.
These start with:
C:\Users\Herman\Downloads\install_flashplayer11x32ax_gtbd_aih.exe>…
Question: How to remove these files safely from my PC?
I never had any kind of problem(s) running Avast, there has never been some kind of detection before!

I shall be looking forward hearing from you again, thanks!

Question: How to remove these files safely from my PC?
and why would you remove them?

see your post from yesterday… http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=98124.0

That was another topic created by this user, asking essentially the same question.

OBS. ;D. edit above post

Yes, it is hard to keep track of when the user is posting multiple times on essentially the same thing, yet hasn’t responded to the original topic, where the answer was give.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your replies. No, I was not “quite happy” with the answers/replies posted on my “simular thread” before.
It did not give a “clear answer” to solve my “problem”.
But I solved the issue myself.
I uninstalled FlasPlayer as well as Avast. Then I reinstalled new versions of both.
A start up scan of Avast reports “no virus found”, there’s nothing Avast reporting about not gaining access to password protected archive(s).
For us non professionals like me it’s sometime (most times that is) hard to understand what you exactly say.
Thanks for quick respond and help!

Then you should have asked for further explanation on what you weren’t happy with in that topic and we could have expanded on that, that way it keeps all information together.

DavidR you’re right. Next time when I ran into software trouble I will.
Thanks everyone for grat support!
