Scan

I am unale to view the following when I go into the menu:

1-Status info
2-Last scan results
3-View scan reports

Would anyone be able to tell my why this is? Is my version corrupted? Thanks

Hi bpac1,

Your version is perfectly fine, I also have those three options greyed out, as I am using the home version.

The scan results/reports are an option that is only available to the pro version of avast!.
(I’m not quite sure what the status info does, as I have the home version also, but it is also a pro option only I think)

I think it just shows date of last scan, VRDB-date and version of VPS…and maybe some more info.

I’m surfing with my mobile now, so I can’t check exactly what it does

Oh, I see now, it takes you back to the original info after doing a scan (exactly like you said :))
