Good morning.
Without having the relevant Avast panels open, there seems to be no indication that a scheduled, or manually started, scan is taking place: no spinning icon or similar in the task tray.
Is this the norm? Or am I missing a trick? (I am slowly getting to grips with navigating my way around the various panels, menus and displays.)

The scheduled scanning (Professional version) will be shown by an extra ‘a’ icon with a green triangle on system tray.
The manually started one will be shown at the interface (skin, GUI).

(Psssst… Don’t tell anyone else, but I’d forgotten that I have the scheduled scan set for the wee hours, so I wouldn’t see the tray icon. Oops!)
