You will probably get tired of seeing my name by the time I get the hang of Avast! …lol
I just switched to Avast! yesterday and so far I am more than pleased with the program as well as this fine support forum.
I just tried to scan an individual file with the Avast! option found on my ‘right-click’ menu. However, when I tried to scan the file a screen flashed briefly in the form of what looked like a small window trying to open but nothing else happened.
My previous anti-virus would scan the file and show a window with the results.
Is there a setting I have to accomplish before I can utilize this feature (scanning individual files) with Avast!?
