Schedule Updates

I’m using Avast home (free) on WinXP and Win7.

Is it possible to set Avast to Update at specific times rather than ### minute intervals?

Can this be done either in Avast or by using Windows Scheduled Tasks?

Set the update to manual.
Use ashUpd.exe with admin rights.
vps is the virus definitions and the engine.
program updates both the program and the vps.
