I have my scheduled full scan set for 19: hours which would be 7PM . Under full scan in protection it indicates my schedule is for very Thursday at 7 PM - I make sure the computer is turned on but scan never starts. Instructions state to use military time. Called tech support and got no where with him. All he wanted to do was connect my computer to ASSIST and point out what programs were a threat, etc. I kept telling him that was not purpose of my call and he never did do anything about answering my question and after 45 minutes I told him to get ASSIST out of my computer and hung up on him.
What you called was NOT avast but a third party that only handles certain things.
And they do not help with the problem you have at all.
