May i ask if this is a 64bit limitation or is Waterfox simply not included in the whitelist of apps to be scanned by teh Script Shield? Essentially, it’s the same thing as Firefox, just compiled in 64bit with few optimizations.
Perhaps there are significant differences for it not to be taken as firefox.
Are you using the latest beta as in the Main settings it gives the 3 main browsers supported, plus Adobe Acrobat Reader and strangely ‘Other applications.’
I have no idea what these other applications might be as clearly it isn’t including waterfox in the other applications category.

The only thing I can think of then is what you mentioned 64bit, otherwise the ‘other applications’ option should handle it, if it isn’t being covered by the firefox browser option.
