Anti-virus keeps picking this up every time I try to open any internet browser. I get search-fine.com re-direct. I’m not sure what more I can do.

Try clearing your browser cookies, you can then set your browser to block 3rd party cookies and clear all cookies on closing the browser.
This is a browser hijacker. Go to extensions/add-ons in your browser and find and remove the Search-fine-extension.
