When I did a smart scan, it comes up that I have a threat, and you offer a subscription to Secure Identity. I have purchased and paid for this previously (until 2027-03-06)
When I click on the program, I get the following message:
“Your identity enrollment is in progress.
This process may take a few hours to complete. Please check back later.
Error : 20008”
What is wrong?
