my secureLine will expire on 21.12.2018. So I renewed by making payment which was debited to my account by my bank. I got a message to download the license file, which I did download, there was also another message that the same has been mailed to my email id. But I have not received the same in my email. Can you please clarify when i will get the code in email and whether i will get the activation code only after the current license expires or should i wait for another day or to two to get the code in email?

Our licensing system has automatically extended the older license for you. This means that the activation code remains the same for the new license. The license should show the correct expiration date and update in your application once it synchronizes with our servers. This happens automatically every few hours, or you can force the license to update by rebooting your system and opening the application.
I have sent you a PM including the activation code so that you have it for future reference and can reactivate it if the application is uninstalled or removed for any reason.

Double-click the license while connected to the Internet. Should work.
