I’ve done the registry edit to no avail… Any suggestions?
I have done the registry fix also and still not working

applying ould suggested registry fixes aren’t a smart thing to do.
Those fixes were meant to fix an at that moment problem.
Applying old fixes probably do more harm than good.
If you’re having a problem, start your own topic and describe the exact problem so it can be fixed. 
I have the latest insider build of Windows 10 (codenamed Anniversary Edition) and from a clean install, Secureline will connect no problem with no registry editing.
If you have problems all I can suggest is reverting back to the original registry settings before my original post and seeing if that makes a difference.
