SecureLine cannot establish connection

I bought secureline today and when i try to connect I get the error message: “Sorry it is not possible to establish a connection”

I have attached my log file.

I have passed your log file to our Dev team to analyze. Just a couple other questions please:

-How are you trying to connect? I mean is it a broadband connection? If the connection is really poor then the connection might time out. This is a pretty isolated occurrence but can happen (usually on hotel wifi for example)

-Do you have firewall rules set up that might be blocking packets on UDP port 1194?

My system is Windows 7 Professional SP 1. (64 bit O/S)

I’m connecting via DSL.

I don’t know how to set up firewall rules or how to check rules on a port.

After reading other posts in this forum, I’ve decided not to get SecureLine.

Could either of you kindly guide me as to how I can uninstall SecureLine or the driver.
