secureline says its expired yet i have paid for it

secureline is saying its expired and I need to purchase again but I
have already paid I am enclosing receipts of the transaction

Hi
You can try uninstalling Secureline via Control Panel/ Programs(features) and chose Avast to ‘Change’
Untick Secureline from the “tools” column and reboot.
THen reverse procedure and choose Secureline (TICK) then reboot and insert LICENSE. :slight_smile:

If you open a support ticket please include the log file so we can analyze why this issue is occurring.

You can find the log file by going to Start, Computer, Program Data, Avast Software, Avast, Log. The SecureLine log is a .txt file there.

We should be able to reset your license on our servers so that it works correctly.

Exactly the same thing has just happened to me. Secureline is saying that it has expired, yet a new payment was just taken from my account yesterday. Tried reinserting the License file, but it still says it’s expired.
Trying schmidthouse’s suggestion mentioned above. Fingers crossed!

Nope, still not working. Guess i’ll be submitting a ticket for this then.

I don’t see any order/payment for December.

been having the same issue since november, the program worked well for 2 months before that. I was told through my ticket there is no record of me purchasing any avast products, and when i do a search on the bill name listed on my bank account (DRI*DRI *AVAST SOFTWA MINNETONKA MN) i get a whole lot more “scam” results than i like to see.
