Secureline VPN 2yr subscription transfer from PC to MAC??

I recently switched to a MAC from my pc running windows 8.1 (nightmare / constantly crashing). Was hoping to transfer the VPN to MAC.

I still have over a year left on my 2yr VPN subscription.

When trying to install secure line on MAC it asks for either the activation key or account sign it.

Could not locate the activation key in my emails…there was a download option for activation but no key number.

Tried signing in and says… error contact customer support.

Has anyone here been successful transferring accounts from PC to MAC?

It is currently not possible to transfer the license as it is per platform.
You can however contact avast and ask them if they are willing to convert it into a license for the MAC.

As far as we (volunteers) know, avast is currently working on a x-platform license.
