SecureLine VPN for Mac Doesnt work: "Connection Error"

I just bought Avast SecureLine VPN for Mac, but it wont connect, it says “connection error”, anyone who has solved this kind of problem for mac?

It says my license is valid, but still wont work. I have also used the activationcode.
