I recently purchased Avast and SecureLine VPN. VPN is shown as being Active when I look at my Licenses, but when I click on Privacy, SecureLine VPN doesn’t appear as one of the services (as it is supposed to). I submitted a message to Support a few days ago but haven’t heard back yet.
Support contacted me (they may have seen this post) and they had me uninstall then reinstall both Avast Internet Security and SecureLine VPN, which worked. Thanks.
