I was told to post in the correct forum, so here I am. I’d like to request a refund for this license. Again I restart my computer and am disconnected from the service. Completely unhappy with this Avast tool and have no use for it. I have now signed up with PIA.
what is this, I sign up for secrueline vpn, pay my money then it will not work ‘technical issue’, money back time, if I do not get it I will cancel my avast subscriptions and never use again, hate being scammed

Make sure you have tried other Server Locations, see if any of them connect
Having said that, If your Secureline is part of an Avast installation then You could try a ‘Repair’ of your Avast installation as it’s possible something is corrupted.
For a Repair go to Control Panel/ Programs&Features/ Avast and click Uninstall/Change.
The Avast installation options screen will appear, scroll up/down and choose “REPAIR”.
Be sure to reboot after the process is complete
