SecureLineVPN Will Not Connect ...

I filed a ticket almost 4 days ago, so far no responce.

SECURELINEVPN WILL NOT CONNECT … PERIOD

I believe Ticket response can take 7-10 (Business) Days.

I also need help with this. I installed malwarebytes and now cannot connect the VPN. It says “sorry cannot connect at this time”. Where are the logs I can look at to determine what is going on? This log should be easily accessible so its easy to debug. Please let us know where/how to debug.

I believe it can be found at C:. Program Data, Avast Software, Avast, Log. The file is named SecureLine.txt

here the same. I cant connect to the server, Secure line stays in this connecting. but NEVER connects. I using windows 7
