I can not access internet, documents, or anything on My Computer. If I try to access anything i get a “Security Tool” warning that my computer has been infected. NO idea what to do?
My brother had this problem and I used Super Anti Spyware to eliminate the issue. You have to run it from a USB stick in Safe mode. Then reboot and as soon as the computer fires up do a control, Alt, Delete and go into your settings to stop the 1st item that is running. This is usually the trojan, virus or whatever. Shut it down before the computer fully is running your windows. Then scan with Super Anti Spyware and you should be fixed,.
