Seek Help with Refund

I applied for one refund and received the confirmation letter on March 10 2021. I don’t get my money till now, although the refund process is no more than 7 days as the letter said. I paid my bill with Alipay in China and I’m not sure whether the money will be paid to my Alipay Account.

Hi,

Since you paid with Alipay you should receive it on your Alipay account. The amount should be $11.36 or CN¥74.00
Please contact Alipay and confirm with them (perhaps there is a delay on their side). You can PM (private message) me if need be.
