Selective delete after scan

Hi

I’m running Avast 11.7 on OS X 10.10.1

I just finished a full system scan with PUP enabled (and all the other checkboxes too).

Avast found 16 infections. I want to keep most of them the way they are because:

  1. I am pretty sure that these files are not actually viruses.
  2. They are .exe files and wouldn’t run on my OS X anyway. (I only run them in sandboxed Virtual Machines.)

There are about 4 files, though, that I believe to be genuine viruses and that I do want to delete.

Right now I am seeing a list of 16 files, with checkboxes next to them.

Below the list there are two buttons: Chest, and Delete:

How do I keep some files, and delete the others?

The action (Chest | Delete) will be processed only on the selected files. So check all the files you want Delete/Chest and use the button. The files that were not selected will not be touched.
