I’m getting this error in my avast vpn “service is not available in your location” please provide the solution ASAP, I searched all over internet there is no solution i found for this issue
Since you don’t give your location it is hard to say why it may not be available in your location ?
E.G. Because of restrictions on companies selling certain products, into Russia for instance.
I don’t use any VPN program, so I can’t personally test.
Unless there is an issue with the VPN server in that location e.g. the ‘technical issue mentioned’ or the country blocks the use of VPNs.
Or a particular company blocks the use of VPNs. However if that were the case then it should work on other sites in the region.
How can we bring this to Avast Dev community ? Anyone from Avast team is looking into this issue ?
I would imaging that ‘Service is not available in your area’, would also be reported back to Avast or service provider.
I’m not sure if there is a direct way to contact relating to the VPN - you could check out this FAQ.
As per support person Avast closes the VPN operation in India from 1st Jan 2025.
