hi ram021,

Read this topic for the help you need here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Run:

[ol]- AdwCleaner

  • OTL
  • aswMBR.exe[/ol]

Attach the resulting logs in your next reply. Fixes made in the other thread not likely to work well for you. Some fixes can cause system damage if applied without the expert knowledge necessary to prevent such damage.

Logs provided will allow a trained malware expert to craft a specialised fix just for you and no one else.

Please post back and attach all logs. Much easier than copy/paste.

Could you attach the Malwarebytes log as well?

Thank you for your fast response. I attach the files as you asked.

And here’s the MBAM log.

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Notes:
