It can’t remove in anyway a trojan win32, i tried many time but no good result it offered
three viruses have been detected on disk E, none of moving to chest or deleted

i noticed that avast was the weak one between all antivirus programs
how to draw an image the description can be understood, it is unable to remove a trojan win32 in a file word detecting them and all the chances i tried ( delete, move to chest, reform )

Unless you give us the logs to be analyzed by one of our qualified removal experts we cannot help you with cleansing this potential malcode. To check everything “by the rod of Musa and the ring of Suleiman” we just should have these logs…

What do you mean by logs? Can I send you suspected infected files instead? then you check them, they are files of learning English written on video lessons, power point etc… ( three files)

the bad one antivirus is the avast, it can’t remove viruses only when using full screen and restarting the PC, so I always feel it is not practical to wait an hour or two hours to see the result of antivirus, I installed ESET nod32 9 it is hundred times better
or give me any device allowing me sending the suspected infected files which avast considering them containing malicious worms such win32 trojan and can’t treat them and still infected as avast report

This was always the best remedy (ironic mode on) to blame the messenger and then look for some one else with better newsor no news at all to bring. In stead of taking the time to have some expert assist so your system is properly cleansed, you leave the malcode on to work itself deeper in. Your decision, your OS, your bits and bytes. ;D I would be glad if had free and expert support be offered to me. Not those that know better. Take it or leave it, it is a free world for us all.
