It looks like something went wrong with the license on your Avast installation. There can be several reasons for this, so it’s hard to say what exactly caused it in your case.
Could you please share logs from your device so we can take a closer look? The steps are described here: How to submit a support file using the Avast Support Tool | Avast
When asked for a ticket number, you can enter 910050.
Once the logs are uploaded, please reply here with the File ID.
If you’d prefer not to share logs, no problem at all - we can try some generic troubleshooting steps instead.
One more thing: can you please confirm whether you already tried both Sign in and Enter product key, and that neither option resolved the issue?
