Sirefef infections on netbook running windows 7 starter edition

Hi I was wondering if someone can help me with my computer issue

In the last few days while using mozilla I have been constantly been getting directed to weird websites. After running multiple scans and deleting suspected infections, I still keep on receiving pop up messages from avast saying that there has been a threat detected or threat blocked.

After scanning and performing multiple boot scans, avast has shown that it has detected the following infections:
Win32:Sirefef-PL [Rtk]
Win32:Malware0gen
Win64: Sirefef-A [Trj]
Java:Malware-gen [TTrj]
Win32:BitCoinMiner-U[PUP]
and after detection I had chosen to delete the files with these infections.

However, after restarting the computer and connecting online via mozilla avast still shows multiple alerts for threats coming in to my computer.

I have also tried malwarebytes, which has also detected these infections and deleted its associated files but it seems that the problem still persists.

Now whenever I start the computer the screen shows an error message saying, windows has encountered a critical error and will restart in one minute. please save all work.

I have momentary ran a system restore to an earlier point, which for now seems to have done the trick but I’m not sure if this problem will come up again, or that I had just simply masked the problem and these viruses and torjans are still somewhere in my computer.

This is very frustrating as it seems anything I try to do just seems to make this problem worse.
Any help will be really really appreciated!!!

follow this guide and attach (not copy and paste) logs from Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR
