smart scan warning(wanna cry)

running smart scan I got a warning that my device is not configurated correctly and vunerable to Wanna Cry. Concerned is this a false warning or what is this?
How do I fix this? I am not tech smart here. My computor is a xp if that matters. Have version 17
also says I have 2 rebundant apps (adobe ARM and sound max)
and inefficient system settings and 14 vunerable passwords and to set up avast password. why do i have to do that. I have no ideal why there saying I have 14 passwords. Help PLease

You need to create a screenshot (image capture) at the very least you should be able to do a Print Screen (Prt Scr key) and save it as a .gif file even using MS Paint or other imaging software.

Using the Shift key + the Prt Scr key will capture the active window.
