So I don’t know what’s going on, but I ran a scan and and it says it’s finished scanning all my files and it says there’s a virus/malware alert and some kind of advanced issue but the thing has been loading for over 2 hours now.

Normally you should have jot a Next button to go the next section (when you got the virus/malware alert), but I don’t see it on your attached image.
As Bob mentioned you should be able to look at the Virus Scan results, but I guess that won’t show until the scan has completed (not the case in your attached image.
Thanks, for some reason it wouldn’t display them from there, but if I backed out to the menu and looked at the results from the menu bob mentioned it displayed them just fine
Unless the scan had finished, you’re only seeing a partial result.
