sms/call Backup is lost

Hi,
I use Avast Mobile security -Premium- and, after reset my device (rooted) my.avast (and I suppose in the following communication with avast) tells me that I have not installed the application and does not show me any backup

Is there any way to get back to having those backups?

Obviously, I have not the device and I can not reinstall the app but it is supposed that the backup should be stored.

Try to see your data by login on the webportal.

You can do it on your device too via backup application, but you have to log in to the my avast account first
