Software MNprogram problems with Avast

Hi,

I’m writing from MNprogram because we are having some problems with some customers that have Avast installed in their computers.

One of the problems we have is that some computers are running slow with our software, even with the avast configured to not analyze our program. The only solution in this case is to uninstall Avast, the problems persist even with all Avast protection modules stopped.

Another problem occurs when our customers update their Avast to the 6.0 version, they can’t start our program because of an error explained in spanish in this thread http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=79003.0
In this case, the solutions are go back to the previous version of Avast or uninstalling it. We can’t get it to work in any other way.

We want to know if there is a way we can exclude our program from Avast protection, so it’s not affected by any kind of blocks coming from the antivirus. It’s not a good solution to tell our customers to change their antivirus.

We need an answer to this question. Tell us if this is not the right place to ask.
