hi i have had this problem for about a week now i got hit bad with virus and malware crap.
i ran my anti virus and malware and delete 117 threats O.o including istartsurf which i think started this stuff.
but after running my anti virus and malware i have been left with this program that i just can get rid of and its making my pc run so slow (im guess thats the cause),

only diffrence is if i go to my msconfig and un tick them when i click apply it ticks them right away-.- if i run it with just the program`s that it needs to start windows it still runs. its in the start up tab.
now i really dont know anything about pc`s other then League of legends i have been all over the internet trying hard to fix this problem this guys was the closest i found to my problem but i dont understand what they are talking about so i cant fix it.
will a full system restore remove them from my pc cause im so lost and for some reason it just wont go away.
i have a normal i3 with 2 gig ram. running windows 7 64- bit please can someone walk me threw removing it like i was 2 
or maybe someone can log onto my pc some how and help me get rid of it i can even install some program`s like teamviewer -.- please guys help me and could this chinese thingy be the reason as to why my pc is running slower and slower every day its a new harddrive so i know its not that. please guys help me.

Of course, Baidu is Antivirus program.
Always have one (and no more than one!) AntiVirus program!

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
[*]Run the tool by right click on the

[]Purge system restore
[*]Reset system settings
[*]Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:[B]DelFix.txt)
[SIZE=1]The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
