I notice that “Submit the file to avast! virus lab” check-box does not appear on my PC.
avast!'s settings → Community → Participate in the avast! community is enabled.
Does there need for another procedure to show this option in “virus found” window? Not a big problem, but just a question.
Have you tried to right click the file when in chest, to see if " submit to avast " is there ?

But sorry, I mean “how to show that option in virus found window”, not “how to submit files to avast!”…

The window in this second image has the option. ??? I doubt why it has such.
But anyway, I will use virus chest instead…

Have you opted in to the avast! Community in avast! Settings, Community section (see image) ?
If not I don’t know if the additional options may or may not be on your alert window.

I do repair avast! for confirmation, but no effect.

I believe it is because you have your settings to do what mine do, in the File System Shield, Actions, my first action is set to Ask. Is that correct ?
With that setting it would appear that since you have it set to Ask and are in control of what action is taken you don’t get these Report as false positive. See image example of a sample I captured earlier today.
Se image 2 where I have set the Action to Move to chest.
Yes, it’s correct. I set File-system shield to ask both first and second action.
And I have same window with Move to Chest action setting.
So there you have it nothing wrong with your alert window image you posted when it is set to Ask.
