Hey I did a smart scan and there’s a handful of invisible files that can’t be scanned. Here’s a screenshot, i’m not worried about the one drive files, those only couldn’t be scanned because they’re offline. What should I do?

A malware specialist can/will review any/all logs.

Somewhere along the line it looks like you elected to update to windows 10, this is normally what this path indicates, a windows update. And in this case a preparation to get the free update to win10.
When you agree (or are somewhat deceived) to upgrade to windows 10 it downloads a shed load of files to be able to do that.
