Some files could not be scanned? Help?

I scanned my computer and avast found a bunch of files it could’nt scan and I don’t really know what to do. These were the files avast found on my computer:

c:\program files\alwil software\avast5\defs\11041500\algo.dll
c:\program files\alwil software\avast5\defs\11041500\aswcmnbs.dll
c:\program files\alwil software\avast5\defs\11041500\aswcmnis.dll
c:\program files\alwil software\avast5\defs\11041500\aswcmnos.dll
c:\program files\alwil software\avast5\defs\11041500\aswengin.dll
c:\program files\alwil software\avast5\defs\11041500\aswscan.dll

Help please and thank you.
