Some questions about sending samples to avast

Hi

I hope I may receive avast Analysis of the samples reported back
But I never receive responses.
Samples have been reported to Email (virus@avast.com)
I’m a loyal users avast Irons,
When Samples were sent to the Rising and Avira Antivir,
I always received their samples on the analysis process, very detailed

But never received avast on sample analysis back, I feel very pity and disappointed about it.
Avast reported that in dealing with a more serious attitude on samples of some, of course, if received
Analysis of the samples back, so much the better :‘( :’(

They don’t have an ‘automated’ answer for emails received.
They should answer quickly and accurate by updating the virus database.
Are you saying your samples (infected) aren’t being detected by the latest avast version?

me too, though i sent the sample to avast the moment it was detect by avast n after countless ways of trying to get it cleaned/quarantine/removed were failed.

hv not been getting any updates fr avast ever since then.

i even d/l the virus n worm remover but wt no success in cleaning too.

Yes,I did

The samples were sent to the Email [virus@avast.com]

with Zip format,And I usually set the password on the samples.

For Example password: virus ,

just like this

That seems very easy,But I’m very pity that I never receive

the avast back message.

They usually does not use an automated answering for files sent for analysis.
They try to answer updating the virus database as soon as they can.
