Some warnings in my PC

Hello, Essexboy I am afraid I may need your help once more… :-[
for a few days when I start my PC, even when I just have the main Firefox page open, Avasts warns me of some websites blocked, when I have not even started going to any websites yet…
I can not see what they are as dissapears real fast. I also got this warning: attached below

here is the malwarebytes scan log, it came up clean thou…

Scan with ZOEK

Please download ZOEK by Smeenk and save it to your desktop (preferred version is the *.exe one)
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

Run as Administrator to start the tool.
[]Wait patiently until the main console will appear, it may take a minute or two.

]In the main box please paste in the following script:

createsrpoint;
autoclean;
bitsadmin /reset /allusers;b
emptyalltemp;
ipconfig /flushdns;b

[*]Make sure that Scan All Users option is checked.
[*]Push Run Script and wait patiently. The scan may take a couple of minutes.
[*]When the scan completes, a zoek-results logfile should open in notepad.
[*]If a reboot is needed, it will be opened after it. You may also find it at your main drive (usually C:\ drive)

Do I need to disable, all these too? besides Avast: Malwarebytes Premium, Malwarebytes Anti Exploit Premium, Spywareblaster 5.0 PRO, MCShield. windows firewall?

OK, since I did not hear back and I need to start working all day, I just disabled Avast and Windows firewall, as the other programs were not in the list you sent me through the link.
