Write down the instruction step by step, and follow up to the dot, backup your registry first before you alter something.

After cleansing, and when your clean update your OS, and install a FW.
Do a netstat -a from the dos-promt and see if there is traffic out from this worm
if not altered port 9999: block d1.iframeuploads.org by adding “127.0.0.1 d1.iframeuploads.org” into your hostsfile (without the “” of course).
