spam due to my profile

I’m getting spam sent as private messages. How can I either change the email address in my profile to a invalid email address or delete my profile?

I have “hide email address from public” checked. I just unchecked “notify by email every time you receive a private message”

That will stop the forum software from emailing you about new PMs but you wills till get them

I understand that. However, I rarely use this forum and don’t feel its worthwhile to keep a profile. How do I get rid of it?

I dont think you can turn off the PM feature ???

No need to delete. Just edit your profile and set it to a nonsense@nonsense.com email, for instance…

Only the webmasters could delete a profile.

Doesn’t work. It appears to take it, but if you exit the profile and look again it has the original email address.

The spammer has been banned some hours ago. I hope this will not repeat again…
