Spam Filter doesn't work with Outlook Rules

I like the Outlook rules and it is a mystery to me why as far as I know there isn’t spam filter software that lets you create similar rules. The problem with the Avast spam filter is it seems to work before the Outlook filter so my rules don’t work unless I go into the spam folder and physically click the “run rules now” button.

Is there any way to tell avast spam filter to wait until outlook rules have been processed first

Avast Antispam rules are really applied before Outlook rules. You can either disable the Antispam in Avast or copy Outlook rules to Avast.

as far as I can see avast is the most basic of filters and has no rules so I don’t see how I can copy them to avast
