Anybody use Webroot Spy Sweeper and have shutdown problems? I’ve got a dual boot 64 bit with Vista ultimate and Windows 7 RC. Vista has Norton Internet Security and Windows 7 has Avast. Both hangup on shut down. If I uninstall Spy Sweeper there is no problem. This didn’t happen in Vista in build 6.0. series. Webroot support has become pretty pathetic. For my question I got a link to FAQ on their site for an answer.

dropped Webroot Spy Sweeper a long time ago...Same here Had the paid version for about a year and always had problems of different sorts with it :P And wonder why PC Tools Firewall Plus hasn't had a update in ages ::) ???
Just uninstall the norton and the spy sweeper from your computer then install avast and spybot!
