Anyone know how to change the start menu in Windows 10 version 1903? Right now I’m using Classic Shell but I don’t like it.
Any replies would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

IMO, that’s already the best tool out there.
Windows 10 v 1903 has not officially been released.
You also don’t state what you don’t like and what you’re trying to accomplish.
I know it hasn’t been released but I have the windows insider version and that start menu only shows settings, just a little round thing. The classic shell start menu doesn’t look it did several years ago. I’ve searched for a different start menu but haven’t found anything. My start menu doesn’t look like this
It’s quite possible that ClassicShell doesn’t support 1903.
Have you removed ClassicShell to see if that restores the default Start Menu ???
Read this it will give you a greater insight into the improvement of the start menu in 1903.

You knew I had the insider’s release
I was on the phone with a Microsoft Technician who took control of my computer for almost 2 hours yesterday and he was going to roll back my computer to version 1809 using the Media Creation tool but it didn’t change anything so I still have version 1903
I tried it myself and when it finished it wanted to reset my computer. I had only 1 option and that was to delete all my files.so I closed the window. What a worthless tool that is.
BTW Classic Shell works fine on my PC
EDIT
typo
Sorry but you’ll need to find someone else to work with.
Apparently even posting a link to an article which was meant to be read isn’t safe.
Find a local technician or contact Microsoft.
I did contact Microsoft. If you read my post you would see that I was on the phone for around 2 hours talking to Microsoft Technician.
I read your posts before replying.
The same person from Microsoft called me 3 times late yesterday night but I didn’t answer because I didn’t want to do a repeat of what happened yesterday morning.
You can’t keep changing the Topic title.
To simply seek to have it delete it because you aren’t getting the answers you were hoping for, after asking “Any replies would be appreciated.” If the topic were to be deleted, who do you think would bother to help the next time you come seeking it.
Much the same as not answering the MS calls, who are reaching out to you to try and help.
You at least have to see if they are going to try and repeat what was already covered.
Stop posting in the topic and it will eventually fall off the radar.
EDIT
Replied to the wrong person
So you’ll get, what you want and that is what you still have!
