The Steam community has multiple posts from others indicating that AVG/Avast is doing this on more systems than just those in my household. Every exe proclaimed to be infected passes through VirusTotal almost if not entirely. I say almost as if there is a detection it comes from a random AV that I’d venture to guess 75+% of the planet has never heard of where 68 others say there’s nothing wrong. Example:

Done and in the meantime I’ve created an exception for anything under Steam\steamapps\common.
