still having issues with secureline

ok so i posted a message on this forum 2 days ago and nobody replied to my post, my issue was secureline wouldnt connect, since i have deleted secureline and tried re running my license and now it wont take my license it just says technical error so i gave avast a phone call explaining my problem and she told me the problem was my end and i would have to pay to have somebody to fix this …WTF?? is paying £45 for a year subscription not enough for you guys?? im appalled and disgusted by the service from avast she was so rude and unhelpful she never gave me any suggestions on how to fix my issue and im definitely not paying anymore money out … anybody reading this thinking about buying a secureline VPN dont waste your money!!

I only paid once for an Avast product (Secureline)… NEVER AGAIN
As you mentioned it, the support is absolutely inefficient…

I haven’t been able to connect for a week or so either.

Avast needs to fix this I think.
