Still waiting for my ticket to be read :/

It’s nearlly been 5 days now… I gotta say you guys SUCK with customer service, I ended my premier trial yet it still charged me… PLUS ontop of that I didn’t have enough money in the bank when you guys took £34.99 off me I also had £20 odd going out so now I’ve got bank charges for your unexpected charge REFUND ME ASAP I’m sick of waiting now! + The longer I wait the worse the charges will be!

Hi! Tickets are normally replied within 5-7 days sometimes a bit more time. It is also handled first come first serve basis. If you reply to your own ticket it will be pushed back in the line. Since you wrote your Order ID and Ticket ID I will just report your post to the moderator and so an member from Avast team can look into it.

Well still not happy for being unexpectedly charged and it’s pretty much a joke that it’s took 5 days to get a reply from a premium company… shouldn’t have to wait a week for even a reply to a ticket… This is kind of an emergency as it’s COSTING me £10 a day until it’s refunded due to bank charges… I’m broke over xmas and I’m struggling This certainly isn’t helping! Handling support tickets within 10 business days is perfectly normal.

How and at what point did you ended the trial ?

IF a business was to mess round they’re customers NOT help them on the phone or anything and pay for USELESS customer service they will lose customers! This is not how a business is ran in the real world,

avast is helping their customers and does not mess around with them.
This is the real world.
